Luke records the story of Jesus healing a man of dropsy on the Sabbath and Jesus then telling two parables to those present. Russ Hewett refers to these two parables as "The Wisdom of Solomon" and "The Wisdom of Christ". They each contain important lessons for followers of Jesus.
